THE VENUE
This year's auction will be held at the Country Club of the South, 4100 Old Alabama Rd., Alpharetta, Georgia. High Meadows has reserved the entire club for an evening of elegant dining and enthusiastic bidding.

Plan on making yourself comfortable in a variety of seating throughout the club. Sink into a luxurious leather sofa in front of the stone fireplace, pull a chair up to a cafe table in the elegant Lounge, join friends at a table in the grand Traditions Ballroom or set your plate down for a conversation at one of our highboy tables. For a breath of fresh air, step out onto the adjoining Veranda or Garden Terrace.
A variety of delectable edibles will be served throughout the evening including an Asian Dim Sum Station, Martini Potato Bar, carving stations with your choice of beef or baked salmon, coconut fried lobster tails, plus an abundance of poultry, seafood and vegetarian choices from around the world!
This artful presentation of culinary delights is orchestrated by award-winning chef, Philippe Haddad. Born and culinary-trained in Belgium, Chef Haddad's impressive career spans the globe from Merv Griffin's L'Escoffier in the Beverly Hilton Hotel, to The St. James Club in Antigua and Paris to The Four Seasons and Nikolai's Roof in Atlanta, and most impressively, to overseeing two Presidential dinners in Washington, D.C.
